How the industrial cutter works

The Tecninox industrial cutter features an advanced cutting system with three toothed blades, designed to finely chop ingredients for an ideal texture in products like pesto, sauces, and gravies

The upper agitator, rotating in the opposite direction of the blades, ensures uniform mixing of the product.

The machine's cavity also allows for temperature regulation: it can keep the product cold with ice-cold water to preserve its organoleptic characteristics or heat it with steam up to 150°C, depending on the production requirements.

  • PLC SIEMENS with touch-screen: an intuitive 10’ interface that allows all the processing parameters to be set and recipes to be saved for efficient process management
