The cooking cycle uses a conveyor belt, ensuring even product heating. Once the cooking process is complete, the product is directly transferred to a dedicated cooling unit, ensuring efficient process management. The cooking water is heated using indirect steam, preserving the product's quality and organoleptic characteristics.
Drum cookers
Drum cookers are specifically designed for cooking legumes, vegetables, and other solid products that require more intensive treatment and longer cooking times.
Thanks to the rotating drum, even heat distribution, and a water circulation system, this cooker ensures complete and uniform cooking, ensuring that even the densest products achieve the right texture and flavour.

Equipped with a dual heating system, using both steam and electric resistances, it ensures uniform heat distribution. Additionally, the motorized agitation prevents product from sticking to the bottom, reducing the risk of burning. This cooking basin is available in various capacities, ranging from 70 to 1500 liters, to meet diverse production needs.
