Holding tank

Tecninox manufactures holding tanks for the temporary storage of product pending packaging in Parma, allowing the previous machines to start a new processing cycle without interruption. Thanks to a special mixing system, the product maintains a constant homogeneity, ensuring high quality standards from start to finish.

Multiple dispensers can be integrated directly into the holding tank, allowing immediate and accurate filling on the conveyor line.

Tecninox holding tanks offer a range of advanced solutions to optimize food production, adapting to specific customer requirements. Their main features are:

• variable capacity: available models range from 70 to 2000 kg, in order to meet different production requirements
• high quality materials: made entirely of stainless steel, they guarantee optimal resistance to corrosion and a long service life 
• indirect steam heating: ensures even heat distribution, keeping the organoleptic qualities of the product intact while waiting for the filling to take place
• continuous stirring/mixing system: prevents stratification of the product, ensuring uniform mixing and optimal quality throughout the process.
   

Different holding tanks - Applications

• Jams and marmalades
  Once the steam kettle processing is complete, the product is discharged into the holding tank, keeping the product at the ideal temperature for filling, while at the same time being gently mixed to ensure a homogeneous product quality without oxidising it. This allows a new production cycle to begin with the concentration bubble.
• Purees and sauces
  Perfect for mixing and maintaining the temperature of fruit and vegetable purees, sauces and semi-dense compounds waiting to be filled.
